“The Sarame dress is 100% rigged mesh. It features India’s National Bird the Peacock (hand painted), along with traditional images. The aim of the design was to bring traditional Indian imagery to western fashion. In India the Peacock is a symbol of beauty, joy, grace and love. It is this that inspired me to create the Sarame dress after all every man, woman and child is beautiful and deserving of joy and love, therefor I wanted the dress to be graceful in its design, just like the peacock.
